Temporary Pause in Laser Engraving Services
Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to share an important update. Due to a significant partnership commitment with one of our main vendors, we will be temporarily pausing new orders for laser engraving products for the next three months, starting February 10th, 2025 . This pause allows us to fulfill our existing obligations while maintaining the high-quality standards you expect from us.
Please note: This pause affects only our laser engraving services. Our mug printing and pillow printing services will continue as usual, and we look forward to serving you in those areas without interruption.
Also, if you are a returning customer interested in placing a wholesale engraving order of 36 or more cups, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us via email to confirm availability.

Big announcement
After much consideration, we have decided to bring our journey on Etsy to a close. As of April 1st, 2024, we have permanently closed our three Etsy shops.
